Qualifying as a chef at Wintec, Hamilton local Adam is the owner, baker and designer behind Razzle Dazzle Cakes.
Before making cakes, he spent his time flipping dough and making woodfire pizza before deciding he wanted to do something sweeter.
Turning his passion into a reality he found he loved the process of creating sweets at tech and started making cakes for family and friends. He slowly kept at his passion growing Razzle Dazzle Cakes over the years to become a full-time cake maker.
