Ashleigh studied at Wintec before heading over the ditch to Melbourne where she spent 4 years as the sous chef at the famous and award winning cafe Top paddock.
It was there she found her love for cooking breakfast so decided to head home and open Gather Foodhouse with her family in Frankton. Most recently she was the head chef at the busy brunch spot Grey street kitchen.
Now you will find her at Weave eatery in Innovation park working for the Hayes Common team! Ashleigh loves being apart of a busy thriving new cafe."I’m always pushing boundaries and changing things up- I get bored easily so love to challenge myself in the kitchen by testing new dishes and menus", she says.
