Belinda first graced our screens on TV on the first My Kitchen Rules (MKR) NZ series #1 in 2014 and co-WON the title for her own unique, boldly flavoured style of cooking combinations! 

Her passion is fun, vibrant, flavourgasmic food and during the first NZ lockdown she launched a new website called Flavourbomb to help home cooks with keto kitchen confidence & clever ingredient swaps, which took off like a rocket! Her latest book ‘Flavourbomb’ sold out a month before publication day and shot straight to number one when released! It’s packed with over 150 keto recipes, it has essential condiments, sauces, tangy pickles, dippy things, sexy sweets, a cracking veg section, essential fat bombs” to nourish your curves” Belinda’s renowned for her strong in-your-face flavours, but also simplicity, the recipes are bursting with fabulosity, health and playfulness! 

Belinda will be teaching recipes from her new book + signing copies! “Think the BEST Kashmiri cheese scones ever! Big call, I know, but I’m owning it” Tangy parmesan, frizzled crispy curry leaves, crunchy little delights, clever, practical, low carb and packed with flavour, torn open warm from the oven with copious amounts of butter – Just add wine!
