Lemon Meringue Tart with Volare

Indulge in the tantalizing tang of freshly squeezed lemon atop a delicate pastry, crowned with clouds of fluffy meringue, as you master the art of crafting a Lemon Meringue Tart with Volare’s dessert expert Hema. You will be taken on a delicious journey of discovering why Volare is Waikato's most renowned bakery.

Wine & Cheese Matching with Jules Clarke
Saturday 3pm
Join fellow wine lovers for a fun and interactive wine and cheese matching masterclass with Waikato hospo personality Jules Clark. You will enjoy four wines and four tastings of Meyers premium dutch cheese perfectly matched to get the conversations flowing.

Cup Cake Decorating with Lang's Little Bakery Team
Saturday 10am & Sunday 9.30am
Want to up your cupcake decorating game? Discover the techniques for piping, frosting, and decorating cupcakes like a pro with the Lang's Little Bakery team. You'll get to try your hand at making cupcakes and taking home your own delicious, sweet treat. Best of all, this Masterclass is gluten-free and coeliac-safe.

Dumplings & Wontons with Diana Chow Cosana
Saturday 9.30am & Sunday 10am & 11.30am
Learn the art of crafting delectable dumplings and wontons from scratch with Diana Chow, who will demonstrate how to make authentic dumpling dough and fill it using traditional methods. Then you'll get to eat them afterwards.

The Art of Mixology with Cardrona Distillery
Saturday 1.30pm & Sunday 2pm
Presented by Jonni Cocks from Cardrona Distillery, taste your way through an interactive cocktail Masterclass using 'the reid' Single Malt Vodka, Source gin and Rose Rabbit Liqueurs. Learn techniques and have a go at preparing your own garnishes. Cocktail samples included. * R18
