Our response to Covid-19
The Great NZ Food Show is closely monitoring the Covid announcements from our government on a daily basis. Full plans are still going ahead for an event and we look forward to bringing you an awesome event experience.
When we are at Level 1 there are no restrictions on gatherings. All public and private events and gatherings, sports and cultural activities can go ahead, without limits on numbers or any physical distancing requirements. We will keep everyone updated in our Latest News and on our Social Media platforms if anything changes.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Yes Tickets can be purchased when you arrive on site at the ticketing office.
Is there an extra cost to attend the Heathcotes Cooking Theatre?
No! Entry is included in your entry ticket.
What door do I come through?
The main show entrance is through door 6 at Claudelands.
Public parking is through Gate 3. Please note there is a $5 parking fee through Gate 3. Disabled parking is available and is adjacent to the main entrance. Due to limited space, a valid mobility parking pass MUST be displayed to access the disability parking spots.
Are dogs allowed on site?
No dogs are allowed in the event zone except for certified assistant dogs.
Are there ATM facilities available?
Most exhibitors do have Eftpos facilities at their stands, and we also provide a cash out facility at the Event Office by the main entrance.
Ticket Refund and Returns
Refunds and returns are covered under the terms below and do not limit your rights under New Zealand consumer law: All transactions are final.
- Refunds are permitted, except as required by law. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided to patrons who have purchased tickets for the cancelled event.
- In the event that The Great NZ Food Show needs to be postponed tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If 60 days has passed since the GNZFS was postponed and no rescheduled dates have been announced, a 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.
- In the event the GNZFS is cancelled you will be refunded your ticket refund (less a processing fee of $5 per transacted purchase).
