Ryan is a 5th generation baker. With no formal baking qualifications, Ryan is one of the founders of Volare Bread. Driven by wanting to learn how everything works at a base level, Ryan has helped establish Volare as the Waikato and Bay of Plenty’s premier Artisan Bakery.
Volare distributes to cafe’s, restaurants and all good food stores. Ryan says he is not afraid to fail if it means he can learn something from it.
